Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:
  • Determine the design and workout strategy for new projects. Lead the Project lifecycle closely following Governance models.
  • Identify and resolve issues reported within defines SLAs part of routine maintenance of existing applications built in SharePoint online.
  • Report extraction and automations to support different metrics, that are maintained in the applications.
  • Work with Stakeholders on the enhancements in the existing applications.

Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting

  • Workout budgetary estimates during kick off, after understanding the high-level requirements.
  • Support the team in project planning activities, identify risks proactively, escalating thru appropriate channels as required and responsible for closely tracking the actual efforts
  • Communicate regularly the status of Projects, risks that creeps, impediments if any.

Design

  • Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Word to create HLD, LLD, DLD in various stages of SharePoint site development and maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in the following
Experience of Insurance domain
  • Experience with object, process or data modeling as well as basic knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
  • Object-oriented application development or database programming experience is a plus.
  • Plan and held meetings and workshops with the client, be responsible for client communication.
  • Collect and analyze customer requirements documentation.
  • Consolidate information into structured view.
  • Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing by defining the testing strategy, scheduling resources, and tracking test performance.
  • Knowledge of Jira & confluence
  • Assist in the development of data models mappings and integration specifications
  • Define Rating versioning and maintenance requirements as well as other nonfunctional requirements
  • Ability to work with partners and colleagues in multicultural environment
  • Understands Agile Software Engineering Process Lifecycle and its relationship to Business Analysis processes
  • Ensures effective collaboration with the Development, QA and other teams.
  • Makes sure that requirements create business value, help to achieve business goals and objectives, and meet stakeholders needs
  • May be involved in testing to identify design and implementation problems using general understanding of business purpose of solution as a whole
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Review and coordinate alignment with other insurance suite components
  • Experience of the Insurance domain
  • Experience with development / automation
  • Experience with object, process or data modeling and object-oriented application development
  • Experience in using SQL queries and in-depth REST API knowledge.
  • Working with some rule engine.
  • Knowledge of REST & SOAP apis and familiarity with JSON & XML.
Knowledge:
  • 4 – 6 Years of experience as a Technical analyst, Systems Analyst or Programmer-Analyst
  • Some experience in technical analysis or technical role (development or automation) is a must
  • Owning business analysis activities of a domain or analysis area (set of features of functionality) of complex enterprise implementations
  • Planning and organizing meetings and workshops with the client, be responsible for client communication
  • In depth knowledge of business analysis process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical aptitude
  • Problem solving skills evidenced by demonstrated results in past positions
  • Work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
  • Comprehensive understanding of and experience working in an Agile environment, applied knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies and requirements management tools
  • Proven experience in analysis of business processes and documentation presentation and testing and ability to build Use Cases and other analysis artifacts
  • Excellent planning, communication, documentation (writing functional requirements), organizational, and analytical abilities.
