Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst – Senior Consultant on our Public Sector Financial Services team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Support the development of project related briefings and documentation such as SABER Implementation and Integration meeting, SABER Weekly Leadership meeting; ad hoc EPMO reporting; SPAR quarterly reporting. Ensure Tableau Dashboard data is validated with PM
  • Record, update, monitor and escalate risks and issues in coordination with the Risk Management Team and assist in the development of risk- and issue-related documentation
  • Record, update and monitor questions or decisions and assist in development of impact analysis, identification of key stakeholders, and supporting documentation in coordination with the Decision Governance team
  • Maintain schedule in collaboration with the Schedule Management team through weekly meetings, including the tracking of schedule-related blockers/impediments
  • Ensure any integration, dependencies, and sequencing needs identified are recorded in the Integration Tracker and coordinate with the Schedule and Risk teams as appropriate
  • Establish and facilitate workstream-specific meetings to include recording meeting notes and supporting development of meeting documents, as needed
  • Track workstream action items and activities utilizing Microsoft Teams Planner and facilitate weekly review meeting with workstream leads
  • Provide back-up report status when FSA Workstream Leads are unavailable to attend meetings, to include providing a report back to the PM of post-meeting actions required

Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years experience with IT Project Management Support – supporting requirements management activities, technical project integration, experience with project schedules and tracking dependencies
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • US Citizenship required
  • Program/Project Management experience, understanding project lifecycle
  • Understanding of interproject dependencies and stakeholder coordination
  • Vendor management or oversight experience
  • Meeting facilitation and coordination support to include notes taking
  • Action Item lifecycle tracking
Preferred:
  • Agile or SAFE certifications preferred
  • Certification(s) Preferred: Industry standard project management certification(s) (PMP, CSM)

Additional Requirements

  • The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described
  • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire
  • While this role is available virtually, strong preference will be given to candidates local to Washington, DC
  • The starting base salary for this position is $85,000-$120,000, depending on experience and location
