Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Development and documentation of high-level process flows.
Validate and assess current state high-level processes.
Identify and document desired future state high-level processes.
Identification (elicit), documentation, and management (track) of user needs (business, functional, and technical requirements) across multiple client stakeholder groups.
Create, update, and manage requirements traceability documentation.
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
Proactively communicate with the PMO team, to:
Identify, and communicate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions for the PMO team to track.
Support and provide inputs/updates to the PMO team for items that correspond to the work being performed related to process and requirements development.
Document, track, and manage program/project action items.
Support and provide inputs/updates to the PMO team for items that correspond to the work being performed related to process and requirements development.
Support and provide input to PMO team members for client and executive-level briefings, as needed.
Requred:
Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience working on projects in a large organization in either public or private sectors, with experience in business analysis & requirements development.
Experience in supporting the creation of business and technical requirements or other documents that define user and system needs for software and integration services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and Project.
Experience in direct client-facing roles.
Experience interacting and working with operational groups across organization.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activities.
Ability to present (verbally and in writing) technical information to non-technical audiences.
Collaborative and proactive attitude.
Ability to meet requirements and be issued a Public Trust
This position requires US citizenship due to contractual obligations with 5+ years current residency in the USA.
Preferred:
PMP or comparable certification.
Agile, Scrum or comparable certification.
Experience working with payroll and related processes and/or payroll systems
Experience identifying requirements for a mainframe environment
