Job Location: Washington Harbor, WA
Responsibilities
- Provide meeting support for numerous weekly and monthly risk assessment meetings with workstream leads and PMs
- Draft meeting minutes and provide action items tracking and support
- Follow up with action items and provide input and feedback to the NGPO risk manager
- Facilitate risk discussions with small and large groups
- Provide support and refine to risk management framework
- Analyze various risks gathered during facilitated sessions
- Conduct management reviews of risk focus areas; test documented processes, identify gaps, and provide a report of findings. Provide a report for each management review conducted
- Follow up on OIG/GAO requests
- Provide written responses to Next Gen internal stakeholders and obtain final approval before sending them to OIG/GAO
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of enterprise risk management experience
- Ability to pass a government background investigation
- Working knowledge of A-123 and Risk Management tools and techniques
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as a team member and a manager
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Financial services or federal government experience
- RIMS CRMP, COSO, or other ERM or risk management related certification
- Facilitating risk assessment and risk prioritization sessions
- Developing a risk appetite framework and acceptable variations in performance in alignment with strategy and performance objectives
- Effectively participating in client executive discussions and meetings
- Producing high-quality deliverables and work products
- Delivering high-quality, professional services to clients (including but not limited to: facilitating effective client meetings and workshops, delivering ERM training to clients

- US citizenship is required
- Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire
