We’re currently looking for Marketing Analytics Specialist that will spearhead the compilation and understanding of our clinically-relevant analytics, data science and insights. The Marketing Analytics Specialist is responsible for driving advanced media strategies that deliver measurable performance. The Marketing Analytics Specialist play a critical role in identifying trends within data and providing insights that help achieve both business and marketing objectives. The role requires an individual who is business savvy to understand and advance marketing goals, a technical mind with the attention to detail and patience to troubleshoot within the latest analytical platforms.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mining data analytics and insights leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Marketing Automation applications, Email Marketing (CRM), E-Commerce Data, User Data from in-house CMS and similar platforms.
  • Managing, optimizing and growing organic search (SEO) and paid media (SEM/PPC) to drive revenue and increase traffic.
  • Building, scheduling and managing email, blog and social content, A/B testing, marketing automation and behavioral analytics.
  • Develop complex data analysis, methodologies, and statistical data modeling to discover insights that will guide decisions, uncover optimization opportunities, and ultimately increase sales.
  • Create, restructure, and manage large datasets to extract relevant reporting data.
  • Build processes and visualizations that transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Maintain accurate detailed analysis, including root cause/deep dive analysis, insights, and providing recommendations as part of ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Work cross functionally with sales and marketing departments to identify benchmarks and KPIs, evaluate efforts, track sales and campaign performance to analyze behavior data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build testing roadmaps, tracking and reporting including ecommerce website and mobile app.
  • Gather insights, research industries and trends, identify leads and deliver strategic recommendations that drive and engage users that ultimately leads to sales.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience with digital media, business intelligence, website and mobile app analytics, learning and leveraging media optimization and data analysis to achieve business goals.
  • Reporting, segmentation lead and conversion tracking within Google Analytics and other data analytics platforms.
  • Experience using analytics to drive company growth efforts, including increasing revenue, growing share and other key business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles and techniques.
  • Practical experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques hypothesis development, A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, identifying relevant data sets, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
  • Ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, is data curious, a power user in spreadsheets (Excel/Google sheets), enjoys data visualization, and can jump into any data platform with minimal oversight.
  • Video, Email, blog and Social content building and crafting experience is a plus.
  • Results-driven attitude; a self-starter who thinks and participates effectively, follows through on commitments, takes responsibility, and produces quality outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
