The primary purpose of this role is to support the Consumer Health global safety (Pharmacovigilance), Clinical and Medical (GSM) teams through support of master data and metadata to ensure data quality, consistency and to support overall inspection readiness state.
The role will involve interaction with business users and Tech partners to assess current state, continuously evaluating data requirements (active and archival) and assess impact to company’s established processes and intervene as issues are identified that will support the business in identifying operational efficiencies and KPI reporting on business activities and data quality reporting KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality of the data, accuracy and integrity of data flows and continuity of business processes

Development and maintenance of CH master data and ensure processes deliver timely and quality content for business users

Assist with plan development/strategy for implementation

Implementation and usage of datasets, content and metadata to facilitate consistent usage, re-use and data stewardship

Implement and document reports, dashboards and insights through storytelling

Storytelling or share the results of the captured data to provide the best options for resolution to the initial inquiry

Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions

Ensure and support data quality standards are considered and maintained through all system versions

Support Audit/Assessment/Inspection readiness and participate in system internal audits and/or external inspections as needed

Accountable for resolving and escalating incidents, managing user requests in collaboration with Consumer Healthcare (CH) Tech team. Develop important messages relevant to all levels of stakeholders, including content and plan of systems releases, issues, etc.
Requirements:
Desired Qualifications – Bachelors’ / Masters’ Degree in science/computer background and detailed knowledge of data processes along with experience in maintenance of master data and data management core to the responsibilities of this role.
Experience:

4-6 years in pharmaceutical industry and/or consumer goods industry knowledge and experience

Experience in a data operations support role within the R&D environment / data domain, with a focus on clinical trials, safety (Pharmacovigilance) or medical affairs

Experience and knowledge of all aspects of technical discipline – master data and content management plus analysis, and quality reporting

Strong professional communication skills with both technical & non-technical audiences

Be inquisitive for knowledge, drive for results. Keen to learn and continuously improve

Self-motivated and capable of working cross-functionally, across geographies and cultures

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work well under pressure with tight timelines

Desired hands on experience on Veeva/Argus/ArisG/LifeSphere , Stibo, Power BI, MS Forms, SharePoint, Expert in Microsoft Excel or similar system experience.

Experience of working within Agile delivery methodology with an understanding of the system development life cycle a plus
