Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be a key member of a team partnering across the organization to drive our growth strategy. Business and analytical skills will be applied to translate metrics and data sets into trending and actionable information for management. Responsible for supporting our operations, sales, accounting staff and leadership teams using data analysis insights and financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Take data, understand it, process it, extract value from it, and communicate it visually / verbally to team members and management across the organization. This may include analyzing large volumes of data from various databases
- Translate data analytics into clear visualizations and concise presentations
- Complete ad hoc requests for reports, dashboards, or analysis from all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Support users across the organization answering questions and providing data-driven insight
- Perform variance analysis and work with stakeholders to identify drivers of key variances
- Assist the annual planning process through creation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
Requirements

Qualifications
- Education – Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field
- Experience – Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a financial analyst or related role with duties including analysis, business intelligence and reporting. Experience in a distribution environment a plus
- Required software: Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools, SQL, Excel, Power Point
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Emphasis on the ability to refine complex issues into understandable formats to all levels of the organization
- Required: Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or other designation showing commitment to your chosen field is a plus
