This position is an integral part of the Servicing team and is expected to contribute to the organization and manage the day-to-day execution of client projects. This role will be responsible for advanced information gathering, business/report writing and analysis.
Your duties will include ensuring data quality and integrity, as well as building forecast models to help tell a compelling story. Understand and apply knowledge to multiple business-to-business research practices and project types, including Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Market size/Segmentation/Opportunity, Due Diligence. In addition, you will coach and direct your peers on proper execution of methodology, research process and provide course corrections when applicable.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- To conduct & guide customer experience research using a variety of approaches for both Hash Connect & also its clients Projects.
- Coordinate with various stake holders to collate reports of various touch points.
- To gather market insights, analyze data, understand the reasons for drop in CX ratings and collate the findings & publish reports on weekly & monthly basis.
- Ensure hand-offs and collaboration with data analytics teams so that research is well integrated with other findings.
- Use of various tools like Data Studio, Power BI to present the data whenever possible.
Skill Requirements:
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to conduct industry specific analysis
- Good English language communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and able to perform independently
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI will be plu
