Position Summary
Join a dynamic and growing team whose focuses are value-add and business impact. Work on individual and team projects such as revenue optimization, customer valuation/segmentation, or elasticity and sensitivity analyses. Opportunities to present data-driven recommendations and results of revenue initiatives to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Involvement in corporate initiatives, process improvements, forecasting/modeling, and special projects across multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced models, tools and templates to drive the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes
- Evaluate accuracy of data, reporting, and forecasting outputs and perform adjustment to maximize commercial impact
- Understand, forecast and optimize the core drivers of revenue
- Responsible for complete, accurate and timely reports such as monthly enterprise forecast reports to senior leadership team, ad-hoc and automated reporting to provide insight into revenue results and performance tracking for internal customers
- Develop simplified rules and automatable algorithms for implementation of commercial and programmatic suggestions
- Design, produce and improve decision making tools to support planning and revenue management, as well as other commercial teams
- Participate in special projects or ad-hoc analyses
- Support team with coaching and mentorship in advanced excel modelling techniques
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, finance, business or related field) or equivalent years of experience in a quantitative capacity
- 2 years’ experience in an analytical role
- Proven mastery of analytical tools and thinking including outcome-focused data-driven projects such as retrospective and predictive modeling, statistical and probabilistic evaluations, pattern and exception detection, or financial/economic and sensitivity analyses
- Experience with a logic-based programming language including direct querying or creation of large datasets (1K-10M); data cleaning and manipulation; data sorting, filtering, joining, and merging
- Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly related to the visual display of quantitative information
- Ability to effectively synthesize and draw conclusions from complex data

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role
- Graduate degree in operations research, computer science, statistics, or similar quantitative discipline
