Summary:
Ensures business objectives are met by identifying stakeholder issues and assisting to solve with process and/or technological improvements and ensure quality of solutions deployed
Key objectives:
- The analyst will be responsible for understanding key business processes and for translating functional requirements into workflow charts/diagrams and coordinating tests to validate software operates according to design
- Collaborate with CRM, NCCM and HCA teams (ITG, Parallon and other stakeholders as needed) to understand business needs and report out as required
- Ability to quickly understand business operations and related data to implement appropriate methodologies for specific analysis desired and drive performance with data insights
- Clearly communicate results and ideas effectively with data to key decisions makers
- Provides functional input to the various CRM teams during key software lifecycle phases; documenting and managing key requirements across stakeholders
- Collaborates with business and ITG resources to validate functional user-level tests for Salesforce/Pega (CRM platform)
- Compiles workflow documentation, acceptance criteria for functional test cases according to design requirements, identifies data requirements for functional level tests to be executed etc.
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams using data to improve usage, operational workflow efficiencies, and new pilots and initiatives
- Provides tier 1 support for NCCM and CRM
- Serves as first-level contact for some CRM support functions
- Updates and maintains inventory quality-related documentation
- Utilize CRM dashboards as needed to provide support for operational insights
- Support organization of intake process for CRM team including scope, requirements, and documentation for Salesforce/Pega (CRM CareLink) platform
- Quality check Monthly Operating reports and other presentations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Salesforce or PEGA experience preferred
- 1+ year of relevant experience
