Roles and Responsibilities
Skills: Process Mining, Process Automation, Celonis
Overall Experience: 8-12 years
- Candidate should have 8-12 years of overall experience in transformation/process/business consulting/RPA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in process mining & discovery.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, ARIS Process Mining etc.)
- Own and drive end to end implementation of process mining technology across various customers.
- Help customers drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through the process mining tools.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
- Basic data manipulation skills (SQL)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus
- Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
