Roles and Responsibilities
We are searching for a Healthcare TL that is Medical claim TL,This specific role will be focused on
- Primarily responsible of the team member is to ensure strategic alignment, and overseeing its day-to-day operations.
- Process redesign and improvement experience
- They should establish clear success metrics and Continuous Improvement
- Develop templates and tracking mechanisms to drive a best-in-class, results driven sourcing organization
- Continually build capabilities and benchmark industry best practices and technologies by participating in collaborative discussions, and workshops
- Work with project manager to identify requirements, define the appropriate strategy, identify potential solutions and lead implementation of best-in-class business practices / processes / technologies across the domain
- Clearly communicate with middle level management any risk areas
- Develop work plans and execute
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data modelling) and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to lead training exercises
- In depth knowledge of and experience with all practices, procedures and principles of project, sufficient to be recognized as a subject matter expert
- Hands on experience and understanding of Excel Macros
