Job Location: Chicago, IL
This Position Is Responsible For Supporting The Area*S Technology Needs By Researching, Assisting, And Participating In The Strategy And Sales Solutions Technology Delivery Across The Enterprise; Managing Day To Day Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Within Salesforce And Other Client Relationship Management (Crm) Tools; Including Recording, Tracking, And Generating Weekly Performance Reports; Interacting With All Levels Of Employees, Especially During Employee Onboarding And In Resolution Of Technology Issues.
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management role OR 6 years of experience in a experience in a healthcare, consulting, business analysis, or project management role.
- Communication skills
- Organization, prioritization, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of communications tools, strategies and implementation process.
- Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in solution implementation.
- Results orientated track record in a fast paced environment.
- Experience facilitating meetings with several attendies and delivering presentations.
- Experience with process documentation / process mapping.
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office suite
- May require occassional travel including overnight stays.
- UAT & Production Verification may occassionally require working nights and/or weekends.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience with Jira, CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience
- Experience in healthcare
