Job Summary

Under supervision, this position is responsible for assisting and providing firm-wide support for Deltek Vantagepoint (ERP) software, document management and other reporting tools/resources within the firm. Additional responsibilities include supporting efforts with the development and ongoing maintenance of processes to facilitate the organization, along with the ability to store and retrieve data pertaining to HMA proposals, work products, and contracts.

Work Performed

  • Presents queries and reports to individuals, small groups, and full staff
  • Prepares documentation for training
  • Trains colleagues on current and new data systems
  • Identifies information needs and areas for improvement
  • Helps identify areas for improvement in data maintenance and management
  • Performs data analysis to find trends and anomalies
  • Maintains data integrity in current systems (Deltek Vantagepoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Azure, Power BI)
  • Assists with identifying, reviewing, and implementing new systems
  • Maintains and utilizes the ticketing system for data related requests
  • Works with various teams within the organization to keep data consistent and useful
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Training

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, information technology or related discipline is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of related experience is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions

Work is sedentary in nature and performed in an office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff and clients. Work may be stressful at times. May require travel at times (:5%).

Physical/Mental Demands

Work requires hand dexterity for office machine operation; stooping, climbing, and bending to files and supplies; mobility to complete errands; stand/sit for up to eight hours each day; ability to communicate clearly when using the telephone; requires sitting; standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and twisting at times; moderate levels of stress. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
