The HelloFresh Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10 week program designed to provide real world exposure to our business. The program allows you the opportunity to meet senior leaders from across the business and learn about our brands and specific functions. You will also receive hands-on training from your assigned manager and team to assist you in having a successful summer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your course work in real life and work alongside a fast-paced team in a high growth company.
You will…
- Enhance personality of the 4 chatbots across our brands to create an engaging and enjoyable customer experience
- Contribute to shaping our conversation design process and documentation methods to support the testing and development of a state of the art conversational functionality across channels
- Explore and optimize intents, utterances, entities, and other conversational signals
- Dialog engineering, testing, and training for continuous learning and improvement
- Work closely with our development team to create technical specifications for how to improve the conversational creation process
- Leverage our data platform to provide data-driven insights to internal teams
- Support Agile methodologies, balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations on new projects
You are…
- A current junior or senior actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in STEM concentration
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, SQL and visualization tools required. Java, Python and Jira experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and have experience coming up with creative solutions to solve problems head-on
- Intellectually curious – you have an insatiable desire to understand how things work, why they work the way they do, and to consistently challenge the status quo
- Adaptable- you’re a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative – you enjoy working cross functionally with various teams to gather key inputs, and are able to work well with diverse opinions
- Detail-oriented – you possess strong organizational skills and consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work

Duration: 10 week paid internship. You must be able to commit full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am – 6pm), and have the right to work in the US for the duration of the internship.
