JOB SUMMARY:
Support to Business Head, Non Dairy Foods in Business Strategy, Planning, Analysis, Growth & Change Management, Budgeting, Valuation, MIS & Dashboards for decision making to meet organization mid-to-long-term strategy and planning process using agile techniques and strategies.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Business Analysis
- Monitor and analyze industry trends (all departments) and market changes by performing market research through business intelligence and valuations.
- Conduct Performance Analysis of Industry Peers and New Business Opportunities.
- Create informative, actionable inputs and reporting relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement provide key inputs to management.
- Conduct insightful, analysis to investigate ongoing or one time operational issues, any deviations on Budget Vs. Actual.
- Analyze dash board & FIORI apps, progress by tracking activities; publishing progress reports; recommending actions basing on the approved plans.
- Screen, analyze and help execute new investment & acquisition opportunities.
- Lead the building of complex financial models related to M&A valuation and business economics.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze opportunities, and assess market forces impacting our organization’s growth strategy
- Develop strategic recommendations using intelligence to achieve & sustain market leadership
- Lead and participate in strategic initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning, leading, and executing strategy projects
- Preparing dashboards, presentations for the Senior Management.
Business Planning & Development
- Assist Business Head in developing the companys overall business strategy plan and assess company performance.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments.
- Assist Management in developing business plans of relevant departments.
- Provide inputs to monitor and control existing and new Business Plans.
Project / Program Management
- Define the program governance (controls).
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Plan and monitor the progress of each project.
- Manage and utilize resources across projects as well as their budgets.
- Develop project deliverables (financial models, presentations, automated reporting / forecasting tools) that help shaping the firms strategy.
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.
- Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.
- Identify, drive, review and edit business process requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solution and manage the documentations related to each project.
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
- Work in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Reports
- Performance daily / weekly & monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Create standard and ad-hoc reports, reporting and forecasting tools including dashboards.
- Attend business meetings as on when require & follow-up for compliance of decisions taken.
Education/Certifications and Experience:
- MBA/ PG Diploma Holder in Sales/ Analytics reputed institute.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience must.
- preferably male candidates are considered.
