General Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Core Technical Skills Required:
  • Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant practical experience technical support and troubleshooting in Identity and Access Management
  • Experience in Saviynt Identity Cloud platform including but not limited to configuring UAR, application access, and SOD
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C identity management
  • Experience with Identity Management Solutions such as Azure and Okta
  • Experience in Active Directory (AD) and working knowledge of tools currently available to support AD
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD and AD Connect
  • Understanding of Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO) and NTFS permissions
  • Experience implementing AD audit, logging, and monitoring policies
  • Understanding of in MFA, SSO, Conditional Access
  • Understanding of Public Key Infrastructures including Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and external PKI providers
  • Experience with implementing role-based access
  • High-level understanding of authentication technologies, such as SAML, Web Tokens, AWS security roles, web authentication such as OAuth, API-token, OpenID, SAML, REST, Directories, etc.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and understanding of VBScript
  • Knowledge of Privilege Access Management solutions
  • Knowledge of Windows Server version 2016 and above, as well as Microsoft client operating systems
  • Understanding of the following network protocols: LDAP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, TCP/IP

Addition skills preferred:
  • Mainframe experience
  • Sales Force experience
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Analytics and Tableau

General Skills and Competencies Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience solving complex access issues and executing permission changes based on evolving information
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
  • Experience working with auditors and compliance teams
  • Ability to establish and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies to understand and solve challenging problem

Essential Requirements:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Provides primary operational support of the IAM infrastructure which includes providing internal and external customer support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within defined SLA.
  • Provision and or remove access to data, systems, and applications in a diverse global environment
  • Manage the lifecycle of all Hertz System Users, Service Accounts and Privileged Accounts from provisioning to deletion
  • Fulfill Identity Access requests correctly and within SLA, with high quality and attention to detail
  • Adherence to IAM processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of IAM automation processes for support of daily operations and the gathering of directory performance data.
  • Support PCI and SOX initiatives with access reviews and user revalidation process
  • Work with application teams to define and refine role-based access
  • Work closely with user community to facilitate Single-Sign-On and Multi-factor authentication across all Hertz entities
  • Maintains an understanding of all current and emerging IAM technologies, open system standards, management technologies as they relate to the support of Hertz infrastructure
  • Stays current on regional application and infrastructure projects as they apply to IAM
  • Develops, documents, and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity synchronization solutions.
  • Provides senior management and general staff with accurate and complete status information
  • Participates in technology pilots to evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability in support of Hertz business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Adheres to all current Change and Problem management policies and procedures
  • Participation in global 7×24 support model, projects, tasks, and support initiatives that are assigned
