The Supply Chain New Product Business Operations Analyst is responsible for World Wide Supply Chain Availability of HPE Servers and Options. The primary responsibility for B.A. is World Wide System Set up and Material Availability. Ensuring timely and correct demand signals at component/assembly level are getting to each site and each supplier, as well as confirmation of the returning supply commit signal. Other major tasks include; Ensure master data set up, order fulfillment, and BOM accuracy.
Responsibilities:

Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistic management, and import/export operations typically with a large or complex global business unit. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.

Independently executes the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.

Drives backlog management.

Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.

Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.

Collaborates across countries within a region.

Ability to influence a particular business within a region.

Typically interacts with Managers.

Typically leads low complexity projects.

Utilize the full range of quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to contribute to large projects.
Education and Experience Required:
-
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
-
Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

Demonstrated analytical skills.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.

Good interpersonal skills.

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Basic understanding of project management methodology.
-
Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

Introduction to the company’s overall supply chain strategy.

Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.

Basic understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
-
Basic knowledge of inventory analysis.
