Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members.
What will I be doing?
As the Senior Analyst, Benefits you will work closely with HRX Team Members, HR, and business partners to work on the administration of our benefits for our U.S. Team Members. You will partner closely with the Benefits team and will have the chance to work across multiple benefit areas (health, wellbeing, disability, life insurance), and get a great mix of work in each area, from analytics and reporting to strategy/design to operational execution to improving the Team Member experience. This is a great role for someone who is excited to jump in and have a huge impact across a globally recognized organization.
More specifically, you will:
- Ensure that our benefits are administered in a compliant and seamless manner, by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Create an outstanding experience for our Team Members, by responding to Team Members’ complex benefits questions correctly and efficiently, managing escalations to resolution, and assisting to present the facts surrounding plan appeals
- Lead and manage the partnership with our third-party Benefits Service Center, including driving continuous improvement through assessing metrics and performance
- Work with Benefits team and third-party administrator to provide a seamless and effective Annual Enrollment process for our U.S. Team Members
- Help to manage benefits enrollment process for new properties entering the Hilton system

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience
- One (1) year of experience in a customer-focused role or HR role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in health and welfare benefits
- Travel as required (minimal)
