Responsibilities:
Role Purpose:
Responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of HireRight’s National Database sources that support products and services for the Enterprise. Ensures the data sources are consistent with HireRight quality standards and provides accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources and related processes.
Responsibilities:
· Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes.
- Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage.
- Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment. Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies
- Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control.
- Interact with team-members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for all data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department.
- Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that don’t conform to specified standards.
- Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and HireRight personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bachelor’s or Criminal Justice Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Prior documentation and research
- Training experience a plus.
- Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required.
- Proper verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
Knowledge
- Has general professional knowledge or possesses specialized vocational/technical skills for a variety of technical or administrative policies.
- Sound understanding of the skills and working knowledge required for a variety of practices and
- Assignments are specialized in nature and usually require originality where the individual relies on experience and
- Good understanding of the roles of the relevant functional groups within own area.
- Demonstrates good operational processes and procedures, including relationship management and negotiations with supply chain.
- Display detail orientation and teamwork capabilities.
