Role: Sales Manager – Digital Transformation 

 

We are looking for passionate Sales Professionals with experience in exceeding targets to strengthen the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible to acquire accounts and should be able to develop and execute sales strategies to drive funnel and sales numbers. The ideal candidate should be from an Analytics Sales with expertise in solution-based sales along with strong business acumen.

What We Are Looking For

  • Independently identify and acquire new customers, as well as cross & up sell to the existing customer base in major accounts in the assigned market, and exceed all business and revenue targets
  • Meeting and managing relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs) across clients
  • Planning/execution for larger deals in coordination with internal team and Technology Partner. Leverage and strengthen product & technology partner relationships to better execute pursuits and win opportunities
  • Proven experience in selling enterprise-level deals for IT/ITeS/Data Engineering/Data Sciences/Business Intelligence/Analytics or allied services portfolio
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
  • Collaborate with product and services teams to drive new solutions
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with targets/organizational objectives
  • Conducting periodic business reviews to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
  • Engage and develop a strong network with decision makers/key influencers within the customer and partner community
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
  • MBAs & Btech with relevant experience would be preferred.

Skills: Direct Sales, Analytics Product Sale (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)

Experience: 7–10 years in IT Product & Services Sales 

Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore
