    Job Description

    The Customer Feedback product mission is to enable data informed decisions at scale, by giving easy access to reliable and accurate experience data captured all along the customer journey. Our aim is to enable the dialogue between consumers and the business by building capabilities to capture customer feedback across relevant touchpoints in the customer journey and share with internal data consumers, enabling them to improve products and services according to customer insights.

    The Customer Feedback product is part of the Customer domain of Business Tech, in the cluster of customer centric enablers. The product is an important contributor of data, giving fuel to the company’s customer centric way of working.

    Our product objectives are not only to make it easy (and fun!) for customers and consumers to share feedback, ensure reliable and accurate collection of feedback, but also make the data accessible for the teams that are accountable to act on the data.

    In a customer centric organization, the need of access to customer feedback on products and services is crucial. This product is an important customer centric enabler, and the role is a great opportunity for someone that wants be part of shaping a new product together with PO and a team of software & data engineers.

    We are looking for someone that can strengthen our team and take the full ownership for measuring the relevance of our product

    We are a product that will collect and handle a lot of data – great opportunity for someone with some AI experience or someone that want to learn about that field.

    You will be part of the shaping the product ahead together with PO and the rest of the team.
    You will take an active part in implementing measurability into our tech product

    • Analyze, report and deliver actionable insights about our data, data quality and business processes to contribute to the best customer experience and opportunities for developing our product and our business.
    • Support and drive a data driven culture in our team and area
    • Driving the work together PO to define, set up and follow up KPI´s for the product team and for the Core Customer Asset area
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product and area using data and user insights to build material that will make business decisions/initiatives critical to scale.
    • Contribute to improve and develop our product to solve business needs
    • Work in a cross-functional agile product team that proactively drives continuous improvements and challenges ways of working.
    • Continuously contribute to the product roadmap and backlog management according to product strategy and the prioritization that we in the team set together.
    • Build reports in visualization tools for the customer feedback insights/experience data our product is capturing as part of our mission with the purpose to give easy access to H&M group internal data consumers

    Qualifications

    • Academic degree within Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (or similar)
    • At least 4 + years of experience from analyzing of data, product/business analyst
    • At least 2+ years of experience working in a product team with agile set up within and product organization.
    • Experience in working with data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Data Studio.
    • Experience in working with programming languages such as SQL or Python.
    • Experience in working with Azure services like Synapse, Sql server, Azure app services and has good understanding of Azure storage services.
    • Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing.
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights.
    • Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
    • Ability to define and align assignments with the strategic goals of the business.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Experience and/or interest in technical product development.
    • Interest of the product field and the CF product mission is a must.


    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge in Azure databricks, spark and datalake.
    • Knowledge with AI or Machine Learning is an advantage since we are in the start of that exciting journey!
