Job Description

As a Competence Lead you will have staff responsibility for employees within the same/adjacent competence as your own, working in SAP Analytics product team within the same product area. Your staff responsibility goes with in the Product Team and tasks include development conversations, salary review and other staff related activities. You will support, coach and help your team members grow and develop. You will work closely with the Product owner and Engineering Manager within the product area, as well as other competence leads, software engineers and data engineers. You will be able to try out your creative and innovative ideas – and have a large impact on how we shape the future of fashion retail logistics.

Working closely with the Product Area leadership and Engineering Manager to ensure overall alignment & key results. We believe you have passion for agile, have a strong agile and DevOps mindset as have a deep understanding and passion for software development. You are smart, hungry, and humble always striving to continuously improve, learn and believe in a learning organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A software developer with minimum 10 years+ experience of SAP BW development.
• Contribute with Software Engineer and Data Engineer expertise in the SAP Analytics context to improve and develop Products that solve business problem
• In your daily work coach and keep an ongoing dialogue with members in your competence team
• Remain compliant with laws and policies, and act when necessary, regarding e.g., under performance, work environment, etc.
• Experience with frontend analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI.
• Experience with CDS Views based data modelling, Data integration and provisioning to-and-from SAP BW.
• Experience in Data Volume Management. Preferable project experience with large data volume
• A great team player in an Agile team setup, willing to take different kinds of tasks to meet sprint commitment and to reach our goal together.

Requirements – We are looking for you who have

• A degree in business and/or engineering
• Have several years of experience as a software developer with strong abilities in modern engineering practices
• Advanced knowledge in SAP data analytics
• Experience in people management is a plus
• Have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting tools
