Description
As International Audit Analyst, you will work on-site to perform, collect and organize information, monitor and track progress of Vendor Code of Conduct (VCC) and Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) audits, and work with business partners to use the data to make recommendations on next steps. You will work closely with internal and external business partners while organizing / monitoring audit progress and present final reports to management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with business partners to schedule VCC and CTPAT audits
- Collect and organize data from business partners
- Track progress of audits
- Maintain audit records in Hobby Lobby document systems
- Partner with business partners and internal teams on follow-up, remediate, and next steps
- Organize and analyze data, create and maintain KPI reports, create charts and graphs and present findings to leadership team
- Analyze audits to identify inconsistencies and trends
- Communicate important information to the appropriate teams effectively
- Meet deadlines, organize and prioritize workload based on risk
- Stay up to date on governments regulations relating to the supply chain (US Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, etc.)
- Testing processes and policies for efficiency and improvements

- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills such as time management, physical and mental organization for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and monitoring information.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt and pivot focus as needed
- Must be team-oriented, possessing a positive attitude and work well with others while effectively able to work with minimal supervision
- Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills such as verbal, written, and active listening to work across functional and organizational lines.

Education & Experience
- 2 years’ work experience within an audit position OR
- Bachelor degree OR
- Combination education and work experience
