Description

As International Research Analyst, you will work on-site to perform research, collect and analyze information, interpret the data, create risk assessments, and use the data to make recommendations on next steps. You will work closely with internal and external business partners while researching / analyzing supply chain mapping data and present final reports to management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from supply chain mapping
  • Use data analysis and interpretations to guide decision-making
  • Research supply chain flags to determine credibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine impact on credible flags
  • Create supply chain / business provider risk assessments
  • Identify and analyze supply chain trends and make recommendations
  • Organize data, create and maintain KPI reports, create charts and graphs and present findings to leadership team
  • Communicate effectively important information to the appropriate teams
  • Meet deadlines, organize and prioritize workload based on risk
  • Stay up to date on governments regulations relating to the supply chain (US Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, etc.)
  • Testing processes and policies for efficiency and improvements

Job Description – Requirements

  • Ability to focus and apply analytical thinking such as collecting, analyzing and interpreting information. Problem-solving and making decisions based on the multiple factors and options available to you.
  • Problem solve, using logic, as well as imagination, to make sense of a situation and come up with an intelligent solution. The ability to actively anticipate potential future problems and act to prevent them or to mitigate their effects
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt and pivot focus as needed
  • Must be team-oriented, possessing a positive attitude and work well with others while effectively able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.

  • Proficient in desktop applications and Windows-based programs


Education & Experience

  • 2 years’ work experience within an analytical capacity OR
  • Bachelor degree OR
  • Combination education and work experience
