Job Detail:
- Interact with business stakeholders / partners to understand their business and reporting needs, including critical metrics and KPIs.
- Need to collaboratively work in a team based environment.
- Transform business requirements into a guided analytics prototype to provide business and data insights.
- Design, develop and QA in QlikView/QlikSense applications integrating reporting components from multiple data sources
- Work closely with BI team to provide input on appropriate solutions to meet business requirements and are consistent with current reporting standards and processes
Required Experience, Skills, Qualification
- 1 to 4 years of IT development experience in QlikView and QlikSense combined.
- Hands on experience in QlikView/QlikSense development, dashboards, modules, Data models and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques.
- Experience in writing and debugging SQL queries.
- Experience in developing BI Solutions supporting sales performance reporting
- Experience in optimizing dashboards with focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardization.
- Experience in data modeling, data cleansing and data transformation activities.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of building QlikView and QlikSense dashboards applying business rules and data validations.
- Fair understanding of building QVDs and QVFs, applying business rules and data validations.
- Familiarity with charts and graphs, creating complex visualizations for dynamic aggregation Good Knowledge of Incremental data loading concepts.
- Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry landscape is an added advantage.
- Strong work ethic coupled with high motivation and a go-getter attitude
- High attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor s or Master s in in Computer science/IT/Computer Applications/Software engineering/Electronics
