Job Location: Atlanta, GA
The Advanced Analytics Analyst serves as the primary point of contact and lead for taking the current status quo of web analytics measurement to the next level of deeper analysis and actionable insights. You would be responsible for keeping team projects on-task and within expectations of project timelines. You would work with Digital Content Managers, Product Managers, Sr. Director, and other leaders to prioritize projects and own the team’s deliverables. You would be the primary point of contact for product data quality, presentation, and promotions for the merchandising category on homedepot.com. You would develop and maintain the day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners, i.e., Analytics Managers, HD.com business partners, etc., to support and advance their online/offline data initiatives and measurement requirements. You will provide thought leadership and data insights by using various analytical tools to uncover trends on HomeDepot.com and improve on attribution solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Responsible for updating and maintaining reporting on key performance indicators for distribution to senior leadership team
- 20% Responsible for updating the channel plans for the various marketing channels and actively reporting back to the business partners successes and/or failures
- 20% Manage off-shore and/or onshore analyst efforts for various reports including clickmap and department dashboard reporting
- 20% Create new operational processes and improvements to ensure data collection and reporting accuracy, including documenting the new procedures
- 10% Perform ad hoc reporting based on the business needs and extract the proper data from relevant THD systems
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Position reports to Manager, Advanced Analytics
- Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
