The Product Operations team’s mission is to enable our Product teams to operate efficiently at scale. We achieve this through providing three distinct capabilities—providing data-driven product/business insights, establishing well-defined cross-functional and product development processes, and serving as a strategic thought partner to our product teams.
Product Ops helps bridge the gap between product, engineering, and customer success. This role accomplishes this mission by working with Software Development and Product Management leaders to create product and financial insights. The role requires rigor in meeting reporting timelines yet also a consultative approach to understand trends and propose improvements to business outcomes.
This position requires experience in the software engineering life-cycle and best-in-class attributes needed to measure product line health and maturity. The candidate should have a strong understanding of software development, professional services, product management, finance and product data master tools.
A day in the life of the product ops manager is focused on how to streamline and improve the product team’s work so there is a more consistent approach to managing tools and processes. This leads to improved collaboration, better cross-functional alignment, and ultimately increased likelihood of meeting spend and revenue targets.
The position will require someone with excellent communication skills and team-oriented leadership by a professional that believes in teaching software development teams to “learn by doing”. The selected individual should be well-versed in Product Management, Product Development, and metrics for driving to world-class organization health
MUST HAVE
- 7 years of experience in Business Operations or Product Operations
- 7 years of experience communicating and presenting product & portfolio information to go-to-market teams like sales and marketing
- 5 years of experience working with product management on data-driven insights on feature prioritization and sunsetting recommendations.
- 7 years of consulting or data analysis experience working in data-intensive product portfolio reporting environments with proven ability to meet deadlines at demonstrated quality levels.
- 3 years of working with Marketing or Sales Enablement on non-technical initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Ability to manage ambitious and uncertain situations by engaging stakeholders, driving clarity and actions towards desired results.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to support improvement initiatives
- Ability to assess potential risks to program objectives through assessment of metrics and developing insights from data and deep dives to drive mitigation actions.
- Ability to coordinate across teams to develop options to mitigate issues and risks and influence decisions at required levels in the organization
- Ability to lead projects across multiple teams and influence without control
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across teams
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously without impact to quality of work.
- MBA degree in product management or strategic management would be preferred.
