Analyst Acumen and Adaptability – Capable of quickly understanding the needs of the business and translate business problem into data problem. Ability to quickly graduate from scoping a business problem/requirement into a data requirement to a data-based solution
Quick learner and Agile – Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span, while being able to accommodate customer feedback
Attention to detail – Utmost importance to numbers, Validations, formatting etc.
Multi-tasking capability – Able to handle multiple projects and prioritize
Excellent Communication – Listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
5 to 8 years work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting preferably in financial services industry. Having exposure Enterprise-wide analytics projects would be desirable.
Experience in Project Management – Capable of engaging in effectively with multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of the project and making multi-team collaborations effective
Excellent Reporting and Analytical skills – Previous experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build tools, reports, or dashboards, and provide insights from the data, capable of identifying probable areas of automation and implementing them.
Presentation and facilitation skills – Ability to drive meetings, build presentations that interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and delivering the message to the stakeholders
Process improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize the existing reporting processes for quicker TATs, better quality, more insights, etc.
Interaction with Leader’s – Experience working with Business leaders
Acquaintance with Finance World– Basics of Finance Terminologies, Usages and application

Technical Know-how, you must have
Experience of working on Statistical Modeling Techniques like Regression, Forecasting, Decision Trees etc. Experience in Machine Learning techniques would be an added advantage
Working knowledge of programming/scripting skills in Python, SQL, R
Working knowledge on data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
Working knowledge on Alteryx, Alteryx Server, SAP HANA
MS Office skills: Advanced Excel preferably VBA skills & PowerPoint
