Business Intelligence Analyst – Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
SUMMARY:
- Supports the strategic development and operations of the BI/Data Warehousing practice, including optimizing processes and technology.
- Works closely with operational leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support analytics solutions to deliver essential information to ensure the credit union is utilizing data to make informed business decisions.
- Utilizes BI tools (SQL, Power BI) and industry knowledge to analyze data to develop and deliver analyses to credit union management with actionable insights to help drive credit union success.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business; or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of basic algebraic and financial equations and formulas.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, communications and customer service principles.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance and best practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolutions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory working experience. Working knowledge of Excel and SQL required, Microsoft Office macros (or Visual Basics) preferred.
