Position Summary: The role of the Sr Analyst, People Technology and Analytics will help empower the organization to make better talent decisions through the optimization of key HR technologies and analytical strategies. This role will help manage the delivery and execution of core talent program (employee listening, performance management) and people analytics initiatives (dashboards, reports, ad-hoc projects).

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in managing employee lifecycle listening solutions in Qualtrics, which includes having an active role in system administration, security, dashboard delivery and ad-hoc analyses.

Support Talent Management on the deployment of key talent program technologies (e.g., performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, etc.).

Work closely with IT and HR Operations on optimizing Workday Talent and Performance features and analytic solutions.

Support HR data governance strategies to ensure data is clean and trusted.

Create and manage dashboard and analytic solutions.

Analyze data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends and opportunity areas.

Provide ad-hoc analytical support to core talent strategies and solution teams (e.g., DEI, recruiting, learning, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant domains (HR operations, Analytics, Recruiting, Talent management, etc.). Experience in DEI and recruiting analytics a plus.
  • Experience with employee engagement data and solutions (e.g., Qualtrics (preferred), Glint, Perceptyx, CultureAmp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HCM/Talent HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization solutions like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills are critical.
  • Strong Experience managing large and/or complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and analysis is a plus (e.g., regression analysis).
  • Experience turning data into a compelling narrative with visualizations (charts, graphs, tables) and presenting it to HR professionals in a way that influences people strategies.
  • Ability to problem-solve and track down information.
  • A passion to challenge the status quo and finds new or out-of-the-box solutions .
  • Agile individual who enjoys change and exploring complex and diverse situations. Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
