As the Master Data Business Analyst , you will be responsible for the execution of customer and product master data creation, maintenance, and governance. Monitor quality, results and identify trends impacting performance related to master data. Work cross-functionally within Operational Excellence and across the broader organization to improve master data management business rules, processes and implement technology, with focus on improving data quality combining statistical methods with computer science and business domain knowledge.
The Impact You Will Have:
Ensure data is used consistently and appropriately across the entire enterprise
Perform master data internal audits: checking, analysis, validation, and trending
Detect, troubleshoot, document, and resolve master data anomalies
Document and track master data process and procedure updates
Notify business users and others impacted of changes in master data and operations, ensuring communication of impacts upstream and downstream processes
Advises business users of master data requests, subject matter and process expert
Conducts periodic data quality audits, present findings, and recommendations
Create templates and tools for master data elements
Ensure the delivery of complex data extraction and analytical support for a variety of internal customers and external recipients
Ensure the delivery of complex data required to support needs of Modeling and Analytics
Orchestrate the execution of master data corrections, accuracy and expeditious resolution
Facilitate process improvement projects across operations.
Communicate and manage master data changes, process improvements or technology changes to cross-functional stakeholder team members.
Drive awareness to corrupt or broken data governance.
Collaborate with peers on Standard Level Agreements (SLAs), adhere to SLAs, and incorporate improvements to SLAs on a yearly basis.
Collecting data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
Transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
Creating new, experimental frameworks to collect data
Building tools to automate data collection
Searching through large data sets for usable information
Creating reports and presentations for business uses
Correlating similar data to find actionable results
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
SAP experience & navigation skills required
knowledge of statistical theory, data mining, or machine learning algorithms is a plus.
Must have a strong understanding of the business requirements and policies of the organization
Ability to work with key members of their business area to gain consensus on the organization’s business policies and requirements
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence and drive recommendations across the organization

Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
Benefits & Salary Range:
Salary Range: $56,000 to $70,000. Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education and location.
