We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Business Analyst.

About the role: We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst within the Payments space.
The IT Business Analysis team works on providing Solutions to Global Requirements for Payments across 12 countries which use the Payment product. This will give you a great exposure to Global banking and multiple banking systems. It also provides opportunities to interact with Business stakeholders of various countries.
The team works across multiple Clearing systems and multiple geographies, and you will be exposed to a wide gamut of World Banking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this role entail areas such as doing Requirement Analysis, Writing Solution Documents, and doing Detailed Impact Analysis.
You will be instrumental in understanding the Requirements from various Lines of Business, fleshing out the details, creating a detailed Requirement document, and creating a viable solution for those, while optimizing for cost and be compliant with the Bank’s End-to-End architecture. You will be working very closely with Development, Testing and Production Support teams to get your solution implemented. You are also expected to own the BA delivery from E2E perspective
You will be leading Walkthroughs of the Solution and Design with multiple stakeholders across Business, Transformation/IT
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in the BA and Functional Test space, and Payments domain.
- The Candidate should have worked in Global Pay Plus application (Classic or Fusion) or any other payment processing system
- The candidate should have good understanding of Payments, Clearing Systems, Wires and Accounting
- The candidate should have experience in analyzing BRD, and Functional Specification preparation skills for Enterprise Banking applications
- The candidate should have the ability to conduct walkthroughs and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders (Business, Operations, Development, Testing).
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
- Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence.
- Strong MS Office skills (Visio, word, excel, PowerPoint )
