We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst
Job Profile:

Responsible for contributing to Group-wide control standards and frameworks for retention and holds management.

Act as a subject matter expert in retention and holds management.
-
Responsible for facilitating effective and efficient retention and holds management across HSBC; as part of a Group Information Lifecycle Management Utility and partnering Legal colleagues to manage retention change and preserve data across teams and jurisdictions.

Maintain relationships with Legal Entity Records Officers (LERO) across HSBC to understand, prioritise and meet demand for maintaining the managing data impacted by retention schedule management and destruction holds.

Administration of the reporting process for progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to Head of ILM Risk Management. Make recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation.
Requirements

Knowledge of developing and implementing retention management and holds management relating to information lifecycle management.

Experience of working with multi-disciplined teams to deliver exceptional customer service and value.

Experience in supporting change globally across matrix-based organisations
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Experience in delivering in a highly regulated environment.

Experience in records retention and holds management.
