We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.
In this role, you will:
- Have responsibility to expand high level architecture in to solutions that can be consumed by both IT and Business teams
- Act as the owner of the IT Solution design and primary point of contact for multiple delivery teams
- Be responsible for ensuring that detailed solution options adhere to the strategic Architecture direction for Retail Products IT
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders across IT, Business and UK Transformation teams.
- Highly organised with an effective written communication style
- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to look at the bigger picture
- Strong knowledge of the Cards product
- The ability to build relationships to influence decisions and ensure stakeholder advocacy, aligned to business goals and strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hands-on exposure in implementing cards processing solution.
- Customer and business outcome centered, with a data informed approach to decision making.
- Building a small number of focused teams proficient in Lean-Agile software development, DevOps and Continuous Improvement.
- Proactive and with the stamina to operate in a fast-paced, large, transforming and matrix organisation.
- Public cloud, cloud native, event-driven architectures
- Payments technology exposure preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English.
Mandatory Skills:
- Good knowledge on Cloud and DevOps
- Strong Knowledge of cards products
- Should have hands-on knowledge on atleast one cards processing product
- Knowledge of implementing financial solutions on cloud
