Job Description:
Business Analyst – Financial Performance
Huntsman’s Textile Effects Division is now searching for a new Business Analyst – Financial Performance for our site located in Charlotte, NC.
As the Business Analyst – Financial Performance, you will:
- Provide support to the business to drive profit awareness. Ensure the quality, completeness, timeliness, and availability of information, data, and reporting packages
- Translate financial data into business insight.
- Own and maintain KPI’s for Balanced Scoreboard dashboards across all business functions.
- Transition the region to a more streamlined approach to reporting. Work on a continuous improvement of data quality and reporting
- Support forecast and budget cycles with detailed analysis
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support related to projects, opportunities, or issues as they arise
Skills and experiences required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting with cross-functional team stakeholder experience
- Financial and operational business analysis reporting
- Strong computer skills – Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
- Strong Analytical skills with ability to handle large and complex datasets
- Ability to build and strengthen working relationships with a wide array of professional colleagues
- Must have the ability to show initiative and own work projects to support the organization
- SAP experience a plus
- Microsoft Power BI Experience Preferred
