Director – Quant Analytics – Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence – HFT Algorithm Firm
Our client is one of the leading High Frequency Trading & Algorithm organisation based out of NJ & Gurgaon :
Role Requirement :
– The candidate is expected to lead a team of 10-15 analysts-Analytics (ML)
– 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning is must
– Quant / Technical / Automated / Algo / Electronic Trader and Developer
– Quant Research / Sentiment Analysis / Data Analysis
– High Frequency Trading, Mid and low frequency strategy design and development
– Identifying an unfulfilled need in the market and ideating to provide a service to fulfill the need
– Developing High Frequency, Low Latency strategies
– Custom strategy automation, order routing, order management, risk management
– Candidate is expected to bring in a consultative mindset and problem-solving approach and drive analytical throughput for the team
– Candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with senior clients
– Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
– Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
