Role Description: Web Analyst
We are looking for a self-motivated We Analyst with experience in setting up Data Collection for Web clickstream data. The candidate should be capable of working directly with the client to understand the tracking requirements for business KPIs, formulating possible approaches and designing solutions/reports for analyzing the same.
Role and responsibilities :
– Hands-On web analytics experience, ideally leveraging enterprise platforms e.g. Google Analytics(GA 360), Google Data Studio, or similar enterprise web analytics platform (e.g. Adobe).
– Understand the fundamentals of Digital Marketing and Digital Analytics, ideally with hands on experience monitoring and measuring customer journeys.
– Understand the fundamentals of site optimization, digital customer experience best practices, and how to apply complex data to online customer behaviors and interactions.
– Experience in data analysis, data extraction/manipulation and loading routines using SQL. Experince with Google BigQuery is a plus.
– Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and usage of libraries
– Enterprise Experience in generating BI Dashboard/insights/stories/inferences by pivoting the data to support the use case using Tableau, and Google Data Studio
– Good Story telling competencies to create new and novel analytics approach or data visualizations to deliver Insights to target audience
– Self-motivated to identify opportunities and propose solutions to business partners
– Must have strong verbal as well as written communication skills
– Must be self-motivated and self-driven to work against tight timelines
Must be a team player & have the ability to multi-task based on project needs
Technical skills requirements :
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:

Nice-to-have skills :
– 3-5 years of experience working in Marketing Analytics, preferably with an agency background
– 3-5 years of experience with Google Analytics & Google Marketing Platform/DoubleClick
Qualifications :
B.E./B.Tech.in Computer Science/ IT or MCA would be preferred. Bachelors/Masters/B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering
