Job Brief:

– This individual will shine when serving as a consultant to the business and is genuinely interested in understanding the objects of complex and evolving projects.
– In this role, the individual will interact with different business units and support key initiatives directly to understand reporting needs and be responsible for the creation of visualizations, analysis, and dashboards using Tableau to give stakeholders insights into their data.
– Also, need to support key initiatives directly to understand the business problem and create the algorithm on SAS to provide business solutions.
Responsibilities :
– Collaborates with end-users to understand requirements and uses business intelligence and visualization tools (currently Tableau) to create simple to complex analytic content (e.g., KPIs, reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and other analytics).
– Understands underlying data and assesses its quality and usability for any particular analysis.
– Creates efficient and high-quality analytic templates and components that can be deployed across multiple environments.
– Manages content and functioning across all deployments.
– Assesses data integrity on reports and within analytical products produced, and works with appropriate departments for problem resolution.
– Ability to analyze and understand business processes across industry sectors and relevant KPIs.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, quick learner and constant focus on knowledge enhancement.
– Understands & analyzes project requirements and works on them to deliver timely results.
– Interacts with onshore counterparts for the requirement and diagnostic information gathering.
– Any additional tasks assigned by Team/Project Manager.
– Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, standards and compliance.
– Good exposure and experience on Base SAS Concepts and Macros.
– Hands-on experience in handling and importing multiple formats for files.
– Working experience of ODS concepts.
– Deep understanding of coding like import and export raw data to add information to and extract information from various databases.
– Manage and maintain databases containing large quantities of information. This includes backing up data and compiling it into statistics that show specifics.
– Design and write programs to create various data sets including tables, lists, and graphs that showcase the specific information the company wants to see.
– Analyze data and statistics to find market trends, discover demographic breakdowns, and locate other relevant business information.
– Create daily operations reports that present relevant data to all levels of management.
Eligibility Criteria :
– Hands-on experience in Data visualization (Tableau) (v. 10.5+).
– Hands-on experience in SAS.
– Experience with ETL solutions using SAS is preferred.
– Experience in integrating & setting up Tableau with RDBMS.
– Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Demonstrated experience with large data sets, analyzing data, extracting relevant information, and producing strategic conclusions into user-friendly reports for a diverse set of users.
– Demonstrated track record of being highly accountable for results; able to deliver quality work while managing multiple priorities and acting with a sense of urgency.
– General knowledge of agile software development concepts and processes.
– Good communication skills are a must.
