Summary
The Analyst Americas Franchise Revenue Management Analytics will work closely with the Senior Analyst, Americas Revenue Management in supporting Americas Revenue Management teams at the corporate & regional offices and the field to drive key analytics and strategic priorities. This position will also serve as a partner to our Data & Analytics and pertinent Commercial Services teams to provide support on strategic initiatives, share high-level insights, and track ongoing business performance. He or she will demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, strategic agility, and written/verbal communication with all levels of the organization as a trusted business partner. The Revenue Management team at Hyatt supports corporate and the above property teams by developing tools, insights, and strategies to drive revenue optimization.
Qualifications
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Support the Americas Revenue Management team on key projects and provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop insights to evaluate the current state of business, identify areas of opportunity, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to take action
- Partner with Data & Analytics & pertinent Commercial Services teams to develop strategies to grow the business and set foundations for new initiatives
- Create & maintain revenue management business intelligence products to drive effective insights & analysis for the Americas region.
- Liaises with key functional areas of the Americas Commercial Services team for analytical support, including Field Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Revenue Management & Digital.
- Leverage external and competitive data to enhance profit-generating opportunities
- Assist in ad hoc analysis including querying, cleansing, modeling, and productizing insights.

Experience
- Desire to work in a computer science, data engineering, business intelligence, or business analyst-related field.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus but not a requirement.
Education
- High School education is required
- College Degree
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SQL
- Experience and data visualization tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, etc.)
