Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment for this Profile
Must possess Academic skills with good knowledge of curriculum in K-12 and other competitive exams, Analytical skills to be able to assign the difficulty levels to the questions, good research skills to be able to align the assessments as per a curriculum the person should have the capability to dive in and bring out the best suited learning content, questions, answers and feedback for the same.
Minimum 1 year 6 months of hands-on experience and expertise in instructional design and various learning theories and deep working knowledge on creation of Assessments and Learning content, and knowledge on Bloom’s taxonomy, if possible. Experienced in Instructional design / Content design / TLM preparation (Teaching-Learning Material) and learning solutions for K12 for instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions.
Academic skills with good knowledge of curriculum in K-12 and other competitive exams, Analytical skills to be able to assign the difficulty levels to the questions, good research skills to be able to align the assessments as per a curriculum the person should have the capability to dive in and bring out the best suited questions, answers and feedback for the same.

Carry abilities to search/ to create the best quality Assessments for our learners. And align and categorize the content in a way which perfectly fits into our learners’ curriculum-Bringing all the Assessments in an orderly manner to our learners for hassle free and smooth learning and practicing.
Strong spoken and written skills in English and Hindi, and ability to talk to and understand basics of other languages across the country.
Good to have the Knowledge of handling different File Formats, File conversions in bulk, File renaming, File Encryption, Content Database handling and management. Experience Content Management System handling and Testing of content on Android/IOS/Web Platforms, Exposure to VBA, Apps Script, Process Automation, Javascript, Firebase, Content QA are desirable in addition to the must have skills..

Role and Responsibilities of this Profile
- Create, curate, manage, and deliver engaging Content and Assessments for K-12 across multiple mediums, various content categories and multiple learning styles primarily focused on Assessments and Learning concepts for end users of iDream apps, products and solutions but not limited to writing, editing, proofreading.
- To get a grasp of the curriculum through the textbooks of various state and educational boards, competitive exams and various content sources so that one is able to search for and create the best suited assessments and learning content for the same.
- To deeply search from the open educational resources the question banks, tests, sample papers etc. so as to bring out the best assessments and learning content that perfectly aligns with the curriculum.
- To search for and/or create the 3 categories in assessmentsQuestions, answers and instant conceptual feedback.
- To curate, organize and categorize the assessments and learning content in the Learning Management System in the required formats.
- To assign difficulty levels to the questions.
- To copy/download, edit, sort and ready the assessments and learning content to be delivered to our learners.
- To keep on enhancing and polishing the assessments and learning content library further.
- Integrate learning best practices and thought leadership into the content and learning processes through iDream apps, products and solutions for various education boards at National and State level.
- Guide, coordinate, design and deliver engaging content for assessments and learning using various pedagogical tools and techniques to make the best content for smarter learning processes for the end users. Guide and develop learning resources / content in various engaging formats.
- Work collaboratively with graphic design, video and various content creators to create an impactful learning experience.
- Co-create assessments and learning content for each module, review the assessments and learning content, evaluate the outcomes based on prescribed Curriculum
- Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Address changes and ensure sending feedback to deliverables and get them fixed in a timely manner.
- You will work closely with the rest of the iDream Education team to ensure that we are delivering overall superior products and solutions to our users/customers.

We aspire to onboard a Content CreatorAssessments and Learning who wishes to spend at least 2-3 years in deep product building/scaling and gain unprecedented experience and growth while growing the products and iDream Education.
Remuneration: The CTC will be a combination of fixed monthly salary plus an annual bonus. Proposed CTC would be depending on the experience and fitment.
