Job Type: Full-time, Work at office (Please note, this is not a remote working role / No Work from home for this role currently). This role involves a lot of travel across Yadgiri and Raichur districts and beyond based on necessity of the role.

Minimum exp: 1 year (Full-time)
Primary and Must have skills:
- Minimum 12 years of Operational role exp in Field and Office Operations, preferably in a Product or Edtech based organisation
- Minimum 12 years of experience with Operation Management and methods
- Educational background in any Bachelor Degree
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Good understanding of Operational processes
- Effective implementation, influencing and communication skills
- Strong abilities in due-diligence, good documentation practices
- Uncompromising in Integrity and Confidentiality
Good to have skills (Additional):
- Proficiency in using Operations Management Platforms, MS-Office, G-Suite
- Prior experience in Operational Management will be a plus point

Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment for this Profile
Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Edtech Operations Role in the Field and Office Profiles, preferably from a Product based organisation. Prior experience in Operations will be a plus point and a value add.

Role and Responsibilities of this Profile
- Coordinate with operations Executives to map project Readiness, and document the specifications.
- Ontime supply ensurity within respective projects for smooth and timely implementation.
- Product Review and analysis before any project implementation using various platforms like G-Suite, MS-Office of Educational Products delivery.
- Training Conduct/Participate and audience facing experience, interaction with children. Hardware readiness based on provided Guidelines.
- Training/Orientation Programmes Videography/Photography for ongoing Projects.
- First level of Technical query handling and assistance with Users and passing on to the respective department/member for quick and ontime resolution.
- User interaction and sharing the feedback with respective teams for further action.
- Interaction with Users like Students, Teachers, or Admin Staff for any educational needs based on our solution or on any new requirement.
- Manage Project Delivery with Operations Executives and effective implementation based on defined SOP’s in coordination with other Executives.
- Conduct Baseline Assessments of the School based Projects.
- Ontime official documentation with Client/Officials/Authorities with dynamic follow-ups in tough times like Covid.
Some Important Aspects of this Profile you should know
This role would involve a lot of self-driven sharp and focussed work with end-to-end responsibility of the Projects Delivery.
We are in a fast growth phase and therefore the need of the hour is a hands-on and fast paced approach to work with best of skills/communication and discipline.
This role requires very responsible and efficient communication in all formats, verbal, written, messaging, email and documentation.
This role suits you best if you wish to do deep and focussed work in a product company and be a part of the initial core team that builds a globally scalable edtech platform.
We aspire to onboard an Operations Executive who wishes to spend at least 2 to 3 years in learning and growing with us at iDream Education.
Remuneration: The CTC will be a combination of fixed monthly salary plus an annual bonus. Proposed CTC would be depending on the experience and fitment.
