Your Role and Responsibilities
- As an AI Architect at IBM, you will help transform our clients data into tangible business value by analysing information, communicating outcomes and collaborating on product development. Work with Best-in-Class open source and visual tools, along with the most flexible and scalable deployment options. You will work to solve real world problems for the industries transforming how we live.
- You are responsible for designing algorithms and implementation including loading from disparate data sets, pre-processing using data science tools
- Scope and deliver solutions with the ability to design solutions independently based on high-level architecture.
- Gathering requirements, extracting right data, pre-processing, labelling and ML model creation for massive real-world dataset
- Working knowledge in one NoSQL database like Cassandra
- Proven ability in solutioning covering data ingestion, data cleansing, ETL, data mart creation and exposing data for consumers
- Extract data from multiple varied sources and integrate it for analytics and application development
- Data expertise to manipulate and integrate big data and different data types such as Videos, Images, Documents (pdfs, xls, csv) and other structured data bases
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall 10 years of Industry experience with minimum 5 years of experience in the data science, machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience in working with time-series data analysis using ARIMA, LSTM, CNN based encoder-decoder networks etc models
- Practical experience of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.)
- Well versed with skills on predictive analytics, correlation analysis, anomaly detection etc.
- Experience coding and debugging in one or more general purpose programming languages including: Python, Java
- Experience with standard machine learning techniques and machine learning tools and frameworks including but not limited to: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Expertise in Data Interpretation and Visualization skills
- Solid understanding of feature extraction, feature selection techniques, correlations, test data preparation and defining the models
- Experience analyzing large scale data from a variety of sources
- Working knowledge of building machine learning and deep learning models
- Experience in deploying machine learning pipelines
- Practical experience in designing explainable AI applications
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud
- Knowledge on storage systems telemetry data such as IBM Storages Flash, DS8K, Scale etc will be an added advantage
