As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- SAP MDG Solution Architect you will be supporting Solution’s end to end for proposals and project delivery.
- Technical Solution architecture throughout project lifecycle (Business development, Presale, Scoping, Design, Development, Ongoing operations).
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.
- Provide functional expertise and participate in design activities and a gap analysis prior to the implementation
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall industry experience of 12+ years
- Overall 12+ years of SAP experience and 3+ years of experience in MDM /MDG
- Responsible for solutioning new SAP MDG opportunities, handling the delivery of large consulting engagements, and contributing to the capability development of the SAP Hybris practice.
- Implementation experience of MDM implementations within SAP and non-SAP landscape
- Experience of Master Data Management consulting and solutioning in SAP implementations involving heterogeneous landscape and development of custom data objects.
- Experience of SAP ERP or S/4 Data Architecture and Data Model
- Consulting, leading, and performing analysis of large, complex applications and business processes required to support MDM implementations (various technologies including SAP MDM / MDG)
- Conducting workshops to capture business requirements for MDM
- Defining To-Be Architecture for MDM/MDG aligned with business goals and principles.
- Good communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Functional Knowledge of different SAP ERP or S/4 master data domains, but not limited to customer, supplier, material /product and finance
- Experience of helping clients establishing their Master Data Organisation and Governance structure along with roles and responsibilities.
