Your Role and Responsibilities

Talented full stack developer with ability to work well in a modern agile software engineering environment (with source code control, dev/stage/prod release cycle, extensive testing and continuous deployment). knowledge of application architecture patterns. This will be a primarily technical solution development function working with technical architects.
- Analyze impacts on solution architecture and preserve technical approach.
- Writing data collection and processing procedures.
- Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed.
- Develop and manage BI solutions and dashboards using Tableau.
- Develop recurring report and dashboard solutions to communicate key performance indicators to the business.
- Develop methodologies to improve data analysis.
- Write sql queries on DB2.”
“What you’ll do :
Working closely with architect, UX designers and Offering management in an agile environment. Design and build reusable solutions adhering to industry standards and leveraging the full power of appropriate IBM technology in the Cloud, Blockchain and SCM space
Full life cycle of BI solution and dashboard capability development comprising of following main areas of work :
- Writing data collection and processing procedures.
- Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed.
- Develop and manage BI solutions and dashboards using Tableau.
- Develop recurring report and dashboard solutions to communicate key performance indicators to the business.
- Develop methodologies to improve data analysis.
- Write sql queries on different data stores, preferably DB2.
- TDD – Create test cases to make sure that we deliver high quality dashboard.
- Create SQL queries (simple/complex) to validate the reports and widgets.
- Conduct sanity check testing to the new dashboards. – Peer review and validations for the new enhancements and deliveries
- Conduct business orientation sessions to all the new comers to the project.
- Review support tickets submitted by clients.
- Conduct meetings to the business team to facilitate the demo process.
- Attend demo meetings to answer the client questions.
- Review the DB2 if any changes happens to make sure that nothing will affect the business logic.
- Support the dev team to implement the new requirements/features.
- Conduct trainings to the support team to make sure that they have full understanding of the dashboards.”
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- “4+ years of development experience with atleast 2.5 years of relevant experience.
- IBM Cloud – Exposure to complete cloud native life cycle of development
- Microservices – Delivering Anayltics capability as a microservice using SaaS & PaaS
- Script developmentt – automating the test , validation and clean up tasks
- Blockchain – Understanding of blockchain as a technology and data generated and captured in the Blockchain driven Systems
- Automating routine data generation and anaysis tasks. “
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- ” Designing and developing solution architecture for dashboard, preparing design documents and all required technical documentation for the dashboard.
- Act as a technical expert to mentor and groom the team to drive large and complex implementations.
- Contribute to macro and micro design workshops across teams.
- Contribute to/lead refactoring, security, proof of concept and performance optimization activities.
- Gather, analyze and specify system requirements and orient development teams.
- Act as a bridge between business requirements from the OM and BI developers.
- Leads project technical infrastructure optimization and maintenance
- Contribute to task allocation and time estimation”
