Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
In this role, you will be part of Business Compliance and Operations team, which provides pan-India Business Compliance and Operations support to India Systems Development Lab (ISDL)
What you’ll do:
- In this role, you will be the single point of contact for all matters related to Operations and Business Compliance for the ISDL team in Pune. Your responsibilities in the job will include (but not limited to)
- Space Management (Allocation, De-allocation, Tracking utilization, Optimization, maintaining records),
- Facility Management (Facility walkthroughs, Issue Management, Event Management Support, Monitoring general upkeep),
- Working with Lab Admins for assessment of optimization opportunities & creation of space for new hardware
- Working with BCO teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad,
- Engaging with Managers & Employees at the location,
- Contribute to improving Employee Experience (including Facility modification and improvements)
- Liaison with various Country Teams (Devices@IBM, Procurement, Logistics, Security, GRE etc.)
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Manage changes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Self-starter with the ability to take the lead on problem solving.
- Strong communicator (Written & Verbal)
- Team player who is at ease dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent professional track record
- Strong cross-functional player.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- In addition to the required skills some or all of the following
- Commercial Acumen
- Practical knowledge of STPI/SEZ Regulations, Processes and Tax structures
- Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of IBM Internal processes in Procurement and Logistics area.
