Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM needs an AWS Data Engineer to help get Sagemaker up and running at a top 5 US bank and teach others how to utilize Sagemaker. Taos/IBM is a great place to round out your AWS Data Engineering experience and learn more about AWS DevOps tools and environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4+ years Developing Data Solutions
- 2+ years with DMS, Data pipelines, platforms within AWS and DB integrations to AWS.
- 3+ years working extensively with S3 and ETL
- 2+ years with other AWS Data service tools like Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, Redshift Spectrum and Athena.
- ANY amount of experience with AWS Sagemaker, Sagemaker Studio, Sagemaker Notebook instance, Auto Pilot, Sagemaker ML algorithms implementation, Sagemaker Pipeline, Sagemaker feature store.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- DevOps experience and tools experience like CloudWatch, Cloudformation, VPCs, and Security Groups
- Any AWS or cloud data certifications
- 2+ years developing Python within data projects
