Who we’re looking for:
An energetic and curious Analyst to be part of our Analytics and Data Science team. The Analyst will be an integral member of our team, conduct data analysis to inform client strategy, measure performance and improve the work of our firm. The Analyst will use multiple analytical approaches to develop unique solutions to complex business problems. Typical projects include social media listening, campaign reporting and analysis, dashboard creation and design, and measurement strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Synthesize data to craft a compelling story through visualization, observations, insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build measurement reports for marketing, digital media, PR and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze a variety of data, from several data sources, to inform marketing and communications strategy.
- Help develop project plans, execute on deliverables within agreed upon timeframes, manage deadlines, communicate progress, and make recommendations to address issues.
- Work with business partners to identify new opportunities, identify business and technical requirements, and collect data.
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, data feeds, and reports.
- Use knowledge of data visualization and communication skills to help business partners understand complex data.
Education and minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative area (including marketing analytics, statistics, economics, etc.) or 4+ additional years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in a business intelligence, business analyst, or data analyst role (relevant coursework or internships also acceptable).
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of core principles of marketing, digital media, social media, corporate communications and/or PR.
- Experience building dynamic dashboards using Tableau or similar tool (QuickSight or Power BI).
- Experience managing data using Python, R, and/or SQL preferred.
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to utilize, organize and synthesize data of various types and sources.
- Excellent collaboration and communication and skills.
- Demonstrated, strong attention to detail and quality of work delivered.

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is –
$55,089.00-$93,652.00
