This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to progress their career or an existing Manager of Project Managers to join an industry leading team.
The role:
- This position will manage the daily activities of the project management team to ensure client satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact for the client in all matters regarding ICON’s Central Laboratories services.
- It will also act in an advisory role to team members.
- This is a busy role managing technical services for multiple clinical trials simultaneously.
- This includes presenting at Investigator Meetings, implementing protocol amendments, completing laboratory configurations, participation in audits, bid defenses & trial reconciliations.
You will need:
- The Successful applicant will have proven in-depth experience working in a clinical laboratory in a CRO, Biopharmaceutical or related organisation as a Project Manager working with sponsors on phase II & III studies.
- You will also be a strong people leader so prior experience of mentoring, supervising or leading teams is needed.
- An undergraduate degree with 5 years of experience in patient data analytics and at least 2 years as a lead or consulting project management role .
- Or a Graduate degree with 3 years of experience in patient data analytics and at least 1 year as a lead or consulting project management role.

Solid functional knowledge of pharmaceutical development, real world evidence and health outcomes research.

- Excellent interpersonal skills: This position often requires interaction with team members, colleagues and other stakeholders, so the ability to communicate is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills: This is needed to clearly communicate the results of research and to liaise with team members as well as in publications.
- Time and scope management skills
- Tableau Preferred
- Must understand US Claims data
