- Office 365 Concept (configuration, installation)
- One Drive (cloud solution).
- Ms-office 2010,2013,2016 Product (mainly outlook).
- Basic knowledge of McAfee drive encryption.
- Basic Networking knowledge( IP, Subnets, VPN).
- Basic Hardware knowledge( backup, bluedump).
- Printer Installation.
- IP Address.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
